Established since 2005, JVE Development has over 20 years of experience specializing in complex development and assemblage. This makes us uniquely positioned to understand the distinctive factors associated with each type of project. Joseph Peretz is an entrepreneur by heart and a businessman by choice. A high energy, fiscally conscious and goal-driven executive, Mr. Peretz approaches each new business challenge with his natural flair for innovation, creativity, problem-solving and measured risk-taking to drive consistent bottom-line improvements. This man has invested his time and money in various projects all of which turned out very successful. He is not afraid to diversify his business and invest into projects unrelated to construction or home improvement.
Mr. Peretz has more than 20 years of experience in construction and real estate development, primarily in Southern California. He has overseen more than 100 projects totaling over 500,000 square feet and exceeding $100 million in value, ranging from luxury residences to major renovations and infrastructure improvements.
Today, Joseph leads full-service development initiatives, managing every stage from acquisition and entitlement to financing, design, construction, and sales. His current projects average $15–35 million each, contributing to an annual portfolio of roughly $50 million. Over the course of his career, he has served as both principal and manager in the investment, planning, and execution of more than 450,000 square feet of residential properties.
In addition to development, Joseph provides hands-on consulting in construction management and litigation support. His expertise includes feasibility and completion analysis, inspections, cost and defect analysis, dispute resolution, and expert witness testimony—bringing both strategic oversight and technical precision to every engagement.
